We invite you to sample Head Chef Lachlan Hosrtman’s 7-course Father’s Day lunch.
His rebellious flair will take centre stage as he takes you on a journey of exciting flavor combinations. To take the lunch to another level we have partnered with the gents at BrewDog to create a beer pairing to really treat Dad.

Turmeric porchetta, woodland funghi and pork stuffing, shallot oil
Galangal and rose petal broken rice
